This week, specialist’s Drs Joe Botting and Lucy Muir were here to help us check the identifications of specimens and to choose some of the more interesting or unusual ones from the Cambrian and Ordovician parts of the collections. In total, across the whole collection we’ve now picked about 4,000 objects for more detailed imaging and are working our way through them. Always good to have another opinion though!
