Trip to see Dippy
As a thank you to our volunteers, we recently took a trip to see Dippy, the Natural History Museum's dinosaur cast, which is currently on display at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. Alongside dippy there is an exhibition about Birds, the descendants of the dinosaurs.
We also took time to explore the rest of the Museum including the Staffordshire Hoard and the rather wonderful Edwardian tea room for a refreshing brew and a cake before heading back to Ludlow.
Dippy will be in Birmingham until September and is well worth a visit, although watch out for some of the exhibits ….it says they bite!
